Nayanam, qui signifie yeux en sanskrit est une exploration thématique des myriades d’émotions et d’expressions.

Allant de la joie et de l’amour, à la tristesse et au désir, les yeux comme fenêtre de l’âme, dépeignant leur capacité à définir la beauté, communiquer les émotions.

Dans le Bharatanatyam, les yeux jouent un rôle central, servant de puissant moyen d’expression qui transcende la langue, la race et la culture.

La performance met également en évidence la façon dont les individus perçoivent le monde par leur vision intérieure.
